Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jenks, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The bidding process will be in compliance with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid. By this notice, all provisions of the act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference. Contractor qualification statement must be submitted with Bid. Attention is called to the fact that Bids prepared and submitted for all Work specified in the Contract Documents must comply fully with the provisions contained in the following: Wage and Hour Provisions Contained in the Bacon-Davis Act. Failure to comply with the above bid requirements will result in disqualification of Bid Proposal. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid.
