This project consists of works pertaining mainly to resurfacing 14 ramps, reconstructing 2 ramps, shoulder works, joint works, and pavement marking works in I-77 MP Express Lanes Project corridor. Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. Each Bid shall beaccompanied by a bid bond in the amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. An cc DBE goal of 4.0% has been established for this Contract.
