Renovation of a municipal facility in North Wales, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,817-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
It is intended to award multiple prime contracts for the work as follows: Contract No. 1 General Construction Contract No. 2 Mechanical Construction Contract No. 3 Electrical Construction. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier's good faith check payable to the Order of the Township of Upper Gwynedd or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. The right to waive any informality in any Bid, to reject any or all Bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Procurement Code for Prevention of Environmental Pollution. Questions will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the date for receipt of bids. Question Deadline 08/01/2023 at 2:00 PM ET
