No definite date for the rebid.** The major items of work to be performed under this Contract include installation of a new perimeter walkway and the modification of the existing stairway on the existing Equalization Tank at the Authority s Eureka Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft or bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid price made payable to the Authority.
