Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of (16) pickleball courts, a destination playground, and associated facilities. Playground is by others. We are to bring subgrade to the bottom of the aggregate base course. We are also responsible for the concrete curbing and concrete under the poured in place surfacing. The work includes site demolition, earthwork, site concrete, chain link fences and gates, landscaping, site utilities, cast-in-place concrete, post tensioned concrete, acrylic athletic surfacing, unit masonry, stone, miscellaneous steel, standing seam roofing, soffit & fascia panels, joint sealants, FRP doors/frames/hardware, aluminum frames, resilient base, painting, signage, toilet & bath accessories, pickleball equipment, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract with the Construction Manager.
