Erosion Control a. During the job, provide silt and debris control for existing retention pond (silt fencing adequate to prevent any silt from reaching pond). b. Plant grass for permanent control. c. Install slope stabilizing matting for permanent control. d. Maintain erosion controls throughout the job. 2. Earthwork/Grading a. Increase parking areas by approx. 255 square yards along a steep bank. Estimated 700 cubic yards of additional fill dirt. b. Grade final area flat with slight slop to central storm sewer, and place GAB 3. Storm Sewer of other erosion control a. Must provide route for water to reach pond without future erosion of constructed parking area.
