Site work and new construction of a civil project in Athens, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The Owner reserves the right once RFPQ and costs proposals have been submitted to not move the project forward The work included in this project consists of furnishing all personnel, superintendence, skilled and unskilled labor, materials, equipment, services, and all work necessary for the improvements to the existing sodium hypochlorite system, inspection of existing bulk sodium hypochlorite tank, and installation of new brine storage tank. The Applicant, or Applicant's listed installation subcontractor(s), is a Licensed Utility Contractor in the State of Georgia The Applicant currently has sufficient bonding capacity to provide performance and payment bonds, both in the amount of 100 percent of the contract amount once the project is bid.
