The major items ofwork include: 1 lump sum Mobilization, 3 each Sanitary Sewer Connection, 509 lineal feet 8" SDR 35 Sanitary Sewer Pipe (installation only), 509 lineal feet Trench & Backfill, 3 each Standard Manhole (0-6") w/ Std. Ring & Cover, 5 lineal feet Manhole (Extra Depth), 77 lineal feet Concrete Encase Sewer Line, 1 lump sum Wet Well & Pump Station (includes Electrical), 1 lump sum SCADA System Integration,, 286 lineal feet 2" IPS DR 11 HDPE (force main), 144 lineal feet Bore & Encase Force Main (Pipe not included), 1 each Monitoring Station for Tracer Wire, 1 lump sum Seeding, 1 lump sum Construction Staking and other appurtenances Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities or to reject any or all bids.
