The Butte County Public Works Department (County) is seeking proposals from a Firm or team of Firms (Proposer, Proposing Firm, Firm), to provide professional engineering, surveying, environmental, and right-of-way services. In general, the Firm shall be responsible for developing construction documents detailing the repair of Oro-Quincy Hwy at PM12.2 in Butte County. The format of SOQs submitted in response to this Solicitation shall adhere to the following requirements: Use 8-1/2" x 11" sheets (11" x 17" landscape format foldouts are acceptable for charts, images, etc.). The type size must be large enough to be easily legible. The type of font is unregulated. Include a cover letter signed by the authorized signatory of the prospective Consultant. Submissions may also include color and foldout charts and graphs. Foldout pages are not required. While page numbers are not limited, evaluations will account for efficient and concise prose and diction. o The County shall send confirmation within 24 hours of receiving a submittal. Questions and requests for clarification may only be submitted Electronically. Questions and the corresponding answers will be available to all potential Proposers and other interested parties. Questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on July 24, 2023. The County will provide answers and clarifications Electronically so all Responders receive consistent information. It is the responsibility of all interested Firms to access Electronically for this information. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered.
