Public Notice: Wednesday, July 5, 2023 Pre-Bid Meeting: Wednesday, July 20, 2023, 11:00 a.m. Questions Due: Friday, July 21, 2023, 4:00 p.m. Addenda Due:Wednesday, July 26, 2023, 2:00 p.m. Bids Due:Thursday, August 3, 2023 10:00 a.m. Anticipated Award:August 2023 the Roof Replacement & Associated Repairs to Selected Fabric, for the Historic Whalehead Club Boathouse, located at the Corolla Historic Park, 1100 Club Road, Corolla, NC, based on the Condition Assessment & Stabilization Report dated 16 February, 2023, prepared by Jeffrey A. Lees, AIA Questions and/or requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing to Crystal Owens by email to Bids@CurrituckCountyNC.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. on July 21, 2023. All questions requiring additional information will be responded to in an addendum no later than 2:00 p.m. on July 26, 2023. All addenda shall become part of the Contract Documents. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and defects, as it may deem to be in its best interest.
