SUMMARY: The purpose of this project is to conduct a full assessment on 14 Units/Houses located at the Noise-Abatement area. Conduct a Blower Door Testing and a Duct Blast Test in every unit and provide Municipal Housing with a NEAT AUDIT REPORT. Contractor will have to download application for the reports. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: All work shall comply with the Department of Community Development /Municipal Housing general requirements. Work specifications shall comply with all building codes currently adopted by City of Laredo. Contractor shall keep job site clean, safe, and in an orderly manner. Contractor will be solely responsible for obtaining and paying for all required city permits, requests for construction progress inspections, and final inspections of this project. Contractor shall familiarize himself/herself with the scope of the project, existing conditions, and proposed improvements to the project. No additional compensation will be given to the Contractor for failure to visit the job site and familiarize himself/herself with the project as noted above. Contractor shall have 30 calendar days to complete the project in its entirety.
