The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors. The City of Laredo, is herein soliciting bids from interested parties for a yearly HVAC control system maintenance for Bridge #1 Building A. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform these services. Location: Laredo Bridge System #1 Building A 1209 Water St. Laredo, TX 78040 The term of contract shall be for a period of one (1) year beginning as of the day of its execution and may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The city's obligation for performance of an annual contract beyond the current fiscal year is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payments for the contract purchases can be made. If no funds are appropriated and budgeted during the next fiscal year, this contract becomes null and void.
