Reference Number 0000328044 The City of Visalia is seeking proposals from qualified firms for professional services to prepare Programmatic Environmental Impact Reports for the in-progress Sewer Master Plan and Storm Master Plan updates in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Questions/clarification of this document should be addressed to the Purchasing Division (559) 713-4334. To prevent misinterpretations, the Purchasing Department prefers questions be submitted in writing via email to purchasing@visalia.city or via fax (559) 713-4801. Questions may be asked at any time prior Sewer Master Plan Environmental Impact Reports. Proposals are being sought from firms who have a proven record of experience in providing the services required by this request for proposals. No proposer conference will be held for this project however it shall be the responsibility of the proposer to have acquired full knowledge of the scope of work and any problems or difficulties that may affect the work proposed.
