Site work and paving for a civil project in Hudson, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.
This project is for the installation of one (1) pumping station and a 50,000-gallon water storage tank. The new pumping station will require a connection into the existing water supply system. The 50,000-gallon storage tank will be steel bolted tank in construction. The existing tanks will also be removed as a part of this project. A floor drain for the building will be tied into the existing sanitary sewer system. In addition, site improvements will include gravel approach pavements, final site stabilization, and other work as identified in the technical drawings. The project will also include the construction of a watermain approximately 650 feet in length along Hubbard Street. This watermain will tie into the existing system and allow for a secondary feed to the City of Hudson. The City of Hudson reserves the right to retain the bid security of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 30 days after the date and time set for opening of the bids.
