Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Banff, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,285-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Parks Canada requires a qualified contractor to construct a new utility building and associated underground utility installation to support a future utility upgrade to the East Gate Operations buildings. The new building will have all new electrical service and distribution equipment. Phase 1 of construction will include a new raw water line, sanitary line with tie-in to existing manhole, installation of new electrical service and associated underground conduit installation to both maintain existing services and prepare for future phases of construction. Existing buildings on-site will remain in place with temporary connections required during construction activities and prior to Phase 2 work. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 > $5,000,000, Taxes extra.
