Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a civil project in Kerrville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: Remove and dispose of existing concrete wet well, vaults, electrical controls, pad and miscellaneous piping as shown in plans Provide plug and bypass pumping during construction Provide 8-foot diameter Pre-cast concrete wet well. Provide a fully assembled submersible pump package consisting of two (2) submersible pumps and motors Provide a 7-foot diameter valve vault Provide all piping, fittings and valves shown in plans Provide wet well coatings as shown in plans Furnish and install all electrical improvements in accordance with the electrical plans Bid Bond payable to the City of Kerrville, Texas, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that the contract and bond will be entered into within ten (10) days after the award is made. A Performance/Payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price will be required. All questions/inquiries regarding this project shall be directed through the electronically USA website by Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. CST
