Reference Number 0000324623 Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) currently operates over 908 residential units at 61 properties and is planning capital improvement projects at several of the properties. BCHA is seeking contractors to perform electrical contracting work as these projects are identified. Locations are spread throughout Lyons, Longmont, Niwot, Gunbarrel, Lafayette, Louisville, and Nederland. Awarded vendors will be expected to enter into a continuing services contract with the county with the option to renew for four more one-year terms. No work is guaranteed by an award of a contract.
