Reference Number 0000325038 Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) currently operates over 908 residential units at 61 properties. BCHA is seeking contractors to perform sewer and plumbing maintenance and repairs at various properties throughout BCHA,s housing portfolio. Locations are spread throughout Lafayette, Louisville, Gunbarrel, Niwot, Longmont, Lyons, and Nederland. Awarded vendors will be expected to enter into a continuing services contract with the county with the option to renew for four more one-year terms. All inquiries regarding this SOQ will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. July 19, 2023.
