NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Ropeway Construction and Service Corp. Synopsis:W911SD23R169 PSC:-Code:J040 (Maintenance/Repair of Equipment-Rope, Cable, Chain, and Fittings) NAICS-Code: 811310 Commercial, Industrial Machinery/Equipment(except Automotive & Electronic) Repair & Maintenance MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), "Only one responsible source" based on the company being the sole authorized for Emergency Call Back Services to repair storm damage to the Victor Constant Ski Slope Borvig Tripe Chair lift /Cable Rope tow and tower equipment and is therefore the only source certified to satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Ropeway Construction and Service Corp., 360 Newport Bridge Road, Pine island, New York 10969. for: Emergency Call Back Repair Services Victor Constant Ski Slope at West Point, QTY 1 POP 9/1/23 - 10/31/23. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
