City Hall Remodel Location of the Work: 2635 West 6980 North, Honeyville Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Seth Stanton, seths@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm July 17, 2023. No pre-bid conference will be held; however, the Contractor may contact the City Office to schedule a pre-bid walk-thru of the existing building, 435-279-8425. The selected Contractor shall guarantee all work with a Performance Bond and Payment Bond and shall provide evidence of insurance in compliance with the Contract Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner based on both cost and proposed date of completion Document Acquisition: Costs related to obtaining Bidding Documents are non-refundable.
