Site work and paving for a road / highway in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project Scope of Work: Urban Trail Phase I (CN:5101490): Construction of a 10-ft wide concrete multi-use trail (approx. 0.434 miles), retaining wall, signage and striping, lighting, and a small drainage structure. Re-compaction of subgrade and base material for installation of new concrete and asphalt surfaces. Construction of driveways, curb ramps, curb and gutters will be completed. Construction of driveways, curb ramps, curb and gutters will be completed. New storm drain installation to include curb drop inlet, run down, and junction box. Final Completion by October 25, 2024 Performance Bond and Labor-Materials Bond shall be executed after receipt of Notice of Award to the successful bidder in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of the contract.
