Renovation of a golf course in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
As of November 29, 2023 the project was awarded to Mid-America Golf and Landscape with the awarded amount of $5,578,692 This project is issued by and under the control of the Incorporated County of Los Alamos. The contracting office is the Public Works Department. The location of the project is Los Alamos Golf Course, 4244 Diamond Drive, in the County of Los Alamos, New Mexico, 87544. It is the intent of the County to award a Contract for Base Bid construction of the Project as shown on the Construction Documents, Details and Specifications and specified herein. Should additional budget be available, however, the Additive or Alternate Bid Items listed in the Bid will be considered. Additionally, the County for budget considerations or convenience may wish to Deduct Work items as outlined in the Bid, or expand the Work scope according to the Allowances outlined in the Bid.
