The Traffic Management and Control System (TMaCS) Project is a project in which HHB's IT & Tolling department will work alongside a selected vendor to scope, implement, test and support a replacement of the current traffic management system. This project will seek to mitigate or remove any inefficiencies or barriers, while adding additional features and functionality in the form of data integration and traffic management sensor technology, ensuring the safe operation of traffic control systems and the HHB support staff who oversee this infrastructure. Estimated Duration of Contract (months) 60 Last Date of query September 6, 2023 Anticipated award date is November 6, 2023, indicated by issuing of Letter of Intent by HHB. The Contract shall be completed in all respects as soon as possible,preferably by December 31, 2023. HHB reserves the right to waive any informality in a proposal. Any proposal submitted may not be accepted.
