Site work for a water / sewer project in Casa Grande, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be done by the Contractor under and in accordance with the specifications and the applicable drawings generally includes: furnishing all materials, tools, equipment, labor, permits, plant, and performing all operations necessary for and appurtenant to the construction of the designed facilities. The Contractor is responsible for making all arrangements for, and paying all costs associated with, a construction yard (including permits), construction water (water for disinfection, compaction, flushing, etc.) compaction or testing, and any other incidental items which may become necessary. Arrangements shall be made with the owner for the procurement of these items. The Tohono O'odham Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality. This project is Federally Funded, therefore Davis-Bacon Wage Rates will be the Prevailing Wage Scale, and will supersede the TERO Wage Scale.
