The City invites bidders to submit tenders for the Supply of Winter Sand as per specifications and tender forms. The tender package is comprised of an Invitation to Tender, Introduction, Instructions to bidders, Specifications (2) and Tender Forms (2). Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring the completeness of this tender package.
