Site work for a mixed-use development in Fernie, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Fernie is asking interested and qualified contractors to provide a prequalification submission for construction works including, but not limited to: earthworks, riprap erosion protection, earth dike raising and other outdoor infrastructure, stormwater works, retaining walls, grading, paving, park amenities such as benches and signage, pathway grading and paving, landscaping improvements and rehabilitation, pedestrian bridge construction, access road construction, environmental monitoring, construction survey layout, quality control and, materials testing and other miscellaneous associated works.
