Renovation of a swimming pool in Fernie, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The City of Fernie (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the design, supply, and installation of an MCC for the Aquatic Centre equipment in the existing electrical room. The Motor Control Center (MCC) at the pool needs to be replaced. There is corrosion throughout, and many components are failing, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find replacements parts, this is leading to concerns that the equipment will not continue to function safely and as intended.
