City Utilities of Springfield, MO (CU) completed a fiber expansion project in the Spring of 2023. At the close of the project CU has various fiber related and pole line hardware related items that need to be sold in a competitive format as required by the City Charter of Springfield, MO. City Utilities desires to request bids on the items listed in Section III (electronic Bid Form) of this document. CU has researched these items and familiarized themselves with the fair market value as related to each individual item. CU will not award items that are not reasonably bid on. CU reserves the right to award as a lump sum or on a line-by-line basis. Bidders are responsible for arranging pick up of the items located at 1012 N Farm Road 123 (Suite A), Springfield, MO 65802 by 7/21/2023. Items will be loaded, but not secured, by personnel at the warehouse. Securing of the items will be the responsibility of the person(s) picking up the awarded material. Quantities listed are estimates based on the latest inventory date. Quantities are not guaranteed.
