Renovation of a fire / police facility in Edwardsville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
All phases of this project are to be completed by December 31, 2023. Please provide in your bid: SCOPE OF WORK & COSTS FOR roof replacement o BILLING & PAYMENT TERMS o ESTABLISHED WORKING HOURS o LABOR RATES o LIST ALL INCLUSIONS o LIST ALL EXCLUSIONS o LICENSES, BONDS AND INSURANCE T Scope of Work/Costs Criteria to be Performed as General Guildelines: 1. Remove existing membrane roof 2. Replace existing roof utilizing any of the following three methods: a. EPDM b. TPO Membrane c. PVC Membrane 3. Haul off old roof and debris 4. Ensure proper sealing of all protrusions and roof penetrations Questions regarding this specification should be directed to Assistant Chief Darl Opel at (314) 581- 3754 HSFPD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. HSPFD also reserves the right to consider requests not fully meeting the specification and to consider other options included in the proposals but not specified in this document when making its final decision
