Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Edwardsville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Bidding Documents will be available on July 11, 2023 Plan will also be available through numerous on or before July 12, 2023. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The scope will include new interior walls, ceilings, openings, and finishes. Entire building plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and technology systems will be replaced with new. A new fire suppression system will be installed. Theexisting elevator will be modernized with full replacement of existing equipment in a new location within the facility. Partial removal of the existing built-up roofingsystem and structure is required to install new roof top units and a new interior stair tower. The stair tower addition is constructed of load bearing CMU walls, with brick veneer to match existing adjacent face brick and new roof structure and finish. The plumbing scope includes removal and replacement of the existing sanitary sewer system below the existing slab, with connection to the existing adjacent city sanitary sewer. Site paving and interior concrete slab removal and replacement are required to facilitate the sanitary sewer replacement. Selective locations of exterior concrete walks will be removed and replaced at building entry points.
