**As of September 6, 2023, project will rebid on November.** Scope: The project is in Auburn, California on Ali Lane. The project is in both public utility easements (Ali Lane) and county right of way (connection on Edgewood Road). Ali Lane is a private road. The project includes 1250 LF of 8" treated water pipeline; installation of new water services; installation of new fire hydrants; trench restoration; site restoration; micro-surfacing; and all necessary appurtenances. Time for Completion, the Contractor shall complete all work and obligations under the Contract in a satisfactory manner within one hundred ten (100) consecutive calendar days The rate for these liquidated damages is hereby agreed to be $800 per day
