The scope of work shall apply in all four locations. Four Bears, Twin Buttes, Mandaree, and White Shield communities within the Fort Berthold Reservation. The work required by the project shall consist of the following: the performance of all work necessary to both gain access to, locate, clean, inspect and record images of designated sewer lines, manholes, etc.; the disposal of all debris removed from cleaned sewer lines and manholes; all in accordance with these specifications and contract documents. The work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, performing the following tasks in accordance with these specifications; sewer flow control; sewer pipeline cleaning, including the removal of intruding roots, the removal of intruding service connections, the removal of hardened debris and the removal of hardened grease; sewer manhole cleaning and inspection; closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection of designated sewer lines; and the videotape recording of images and audio from the CCTV inspection process including required inspection logs. The sewer lines and manholes to be cleaned and inspected are those indicated on the drawings. The Three Affiliated Tribes is requesting a written cost proposal to perform sewer system cleaning and CCTV inspection of approximately 64,875 linear feet of sewer main (sized 8" -10"), and 297 sewer manholes.
