Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Rome, Georgia. Design plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Plans call for a new reverse osmosis water treatment facility on Riverside Parkway. The new facility will remove PFAS and other chemicals from the local water supply. As of January 9, 2025, this project is in design. An engineer and project manager have been named. Construction is anticipated to begin in the second quarter of 2026 and is anticipated to take two to three years.
