**As of September 6, 2023, project was awarded to Tailor Made Exteriors, awarded amount is $401,122.78** A Certified Check or Bank Draft, Payable to the Housing Authority, U.s. Government Bonds, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and Acceptable Sureties in an Amount Equal to (5) Five Percent of The Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid Successful Bidder Must Present A Performance and Payment Bond Equal to One Hundred Percent of Total Contract Price Before Work Begins. Notice to proceed will be issued following the August 15, 2023, Housing Authority Board meeting. The Housing Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Formalities in the Bidding. The Project Includes Demolition of Vinyl Clad Wood Windows and Replacement With Vinyl Unit Windows, and Associated Painting, Wood Trim Work, Cleaning, and Other Miscellaneous Work.
