Renovation of a municipal facility in Jefferson City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project includes the installation of flute fillers, cover board, and a new 60 mil TPO membrane and installation of new scuppers, downspouts and a storm drain system. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3%. The deadline for technical questions was August 23, 2023 at noon. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 20 working days subsequent to the specified bid opening time. The contractor shall pay not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages for work of a similar character in the locality in which the work is performed, as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and as set out in the detailed plans and specifications. Contractor shall furnish a performance/payment bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price to guarantee faithful performance of the contract and 100% of the contract price
