Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This project consists of the repairing of distressed masonry, structural connections, fireplace abandonment, and roofing installation. Last Date for Questions 9/29/2023 Work may begin immediately after award and shall be completed on or before 4/1/2024 Bidder shall submit with their bid a cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price. Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price covering the faithful performance of this contract. County reserves the right to accept or reject the use of subcontractors in the performance of this contract.
