The contractor shall perform two (2) preventive maintenance services per equipment listed in Exhibits 1, 2, 3, and 4 per calendar year and provide multiple on-call emergency diagnostic and repair service for the HVAC equipment at four (4) Kenosha Public Library buildings in accordance within Exhibits 1, 2, 3, and 4. Weather permitting, the spring cooling preventive maintenance shall be performed no later than the first Monday of May and the fall heating preventive maintenance shall be performed no later than the third Monday of September. The contract term is January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. If mutually agreeable to both parties, this contract may be extended for an additional two (2) years, awarded in one (1) year increments. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bidder.
