Bid Package 2 - Interior Tenant Improvements This SEALED Bid includes all work for Interior finishes for Kenosha County Health Services (KCHS). This includes All MEPs, All Finishes including but not limited to drywall, acoustical ceiling, paint, interior doors, interior glazing, bathroom accessories, etc. NOTE: The Vendor Pre-Qual must be completed and submitted by End of Business Day Thursday, September 14th, 2023, which is 5 days before the bid opening and a Kenosha County Requirement. Pre-Quals can and are preferred to be emailed. Bids received without Pre-Qual form submitted per above requirements may be rejected or disqualified. This project has no labor or wage restrictions, and bidding is open to all. *Please note that the listed value reflects the entire scope of work.
