Project was awarded to Mitchell Engineering in the amount of $34,979,747.50. Construction start date has not been decided yet but should be late Spring/early Summer 2024. The Work is located along Folsom Street from 2nd Street to 11th Street in San Francisco, California and consists of pavement renovation, sewer and drainage, AWSS, and environmental work, landscaping & streetscape work, street lighting & traffic signal work, overhead contact system (OCS) & traction power work, traffic control, and all related work. A corporate surety bond or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the amount bid must accompany each bid. Administrative Code Section 6.22(a) requires all construction greater than $25,000 to include performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract award. Class "A" license is required at time of award.
