Santa Rosa Mural Restoration Project Question Deadline 07/20/2023 at 12:00 PM CT Questions about the proposed project or the Proposal shall be submitted in writing and addressed to Thomas Anklam at purchasing@victoriatx.gov within the timeline specified below In accordance with Chapter 2254.004 of the Texas Government Code, the contract will be awarded to the most highly qualified provider of services on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications to the City of Victoria. The City of Victoria shall evaluate the Responses on the basis of all factors described herein. The City of Victoria reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the response or portions of the response determined to be the best value to the City of Victoria, and hold the responses for a period of 120 days without taking action. Respondents are required to hold their responses firm for the same period of time. *This project has closed with no bids and is being cancelled.*
