Coordination and approval from applicable agencies (Montgomery County Drainage District No. 6, Montgomery County, etc.) will also be required. It is anticipated that an impact fee paid to Montgomery County Drainage District No. 6 will be acceptable in lieu of detention for this project. Please provide qualifications for design/build of an administrative building to serve Spring Creek Municipal Utility District.
