Demolition and site work for a residential development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The objective of the bid is to select a licensed demolition contractor to complete the demolition of 136 units in 37 buildings at Dillehay Courts Phase 2 Demolition ("Project"). Asbestos has been found in most of the buildings. A separate asbestos abatement plan was prepared for those buildings and abatement is part of the project. Question Deadline 07/14/2023 at 5:00 PM ET. SCOPE OF WORK The full Scope of Work for Dillehay Courts Phase 2 Demolition IFB # Inlivian-2023-D-005 dated July 5, 2023 consists of Dillehay Apartment Drawings for demolition, prepared by Osborn Engineering Group, dated 10/26/2022, and Asbestos testing results and remediation drawings by WSP dated November 22, 2022. The demolition drawings show the demolition for the 37 buildings and 136 units on site as well the details needed for erosion controls necessary on site for this work. In addition, the asbestos report received showed numerous reports of asbestos containing materials in these buildings. This will need to be abated per the abatement plans.
