The successful candidate will need expertise in the non-profit mental health and developmental sector, with knowledge of materials that can be used in setting that have elevated levels of damage. The desired outcome of this work would be to have an environment that feels like home but also has durability and safety incorporated into the design. All materials use will need to meet these requirements: 1) Full renovation of the second floor including an additional HVAC system, Car access, sprinkler and fire systems, removal and re-structuring of a staircase to allow for visibility and safety, rebuilding rooms and bathrooms and re-insulating the ceiling. 2) Partial renovations of the basement - including a full bathroom, reinforcing the walls to cut down on damage and re-configuring the staircase to allow for visibility and safety. 3) Partial renovation to the main floor -Kitchen and Foyer to accommodate for the structural changes to both staircases. Rec Room removal of a fireplace and reinstall the walls that have been damaged, new flooring throughout the floor excluding he kitchen and the bathroom. 4) Reinforce walls throughout the home.
