Seminole State College is accepting bids for the following: SSC Wellness Center (Natatorium) Renovation The current Natatorium facility is being repurposed into the SSC Wellness Center. The structure is completely intact, and some utilities are already present. Please see the listing below for details on expected construction: Demo of existing components still present from old swimming pool. Building of interior walls to partition areas according to drawings. Possible relocation or addition of electrical outlets. Possible relocation or addition of lighting fixtures. Installation of appropriate HVAC system (including duct work) Installation of appropriate flooring in the various areas Reframing of entrance/exit doors on north side Ensuring all space is handicap accessible.
