The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming, hereby requests proposals for the Cheyenne Depot Plaza Christmas Light Design and Installation project. Providing the Cheyenne Depot Plaza Christmas Light Design and Installation, at the Cheyenne Depot Plaza, located at 1 Depot Square Capitol &, W 15th St, Cheyenne, WY 82007. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any formality or technicality in the Proposals in the interest of the City.
