Renovation of a museum in Shippagan, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal of existing wood patio, steps and metal fence as indicated on drawings. .2 Removal of existing shed/bar to carry out the work. .3 Removal of existing ground top portion and existing curb. .4 Removal and installation of new double doors and frame. .5 Installation of new patio, new wood steps and new railing system. .6 Repair and finish existing walkway at new stair connection. .7 Supply/installation of new exterior lighting. .8 All necessary permits and approval. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
