Trinity Metro is seeking proposals for a Contractor to perform floor restoration of Terrazzo flooring at Fort Worth Central Station, located 1001 Jones Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. There are approximately 12,780 square feet of terrazzo plus 72 stairs and 2 landings. The terrazzo is split into sections on the west side with dividers. The successful proposer will propose restoring the terrazzo flooring back to as close to the original condition as possible. They will provide a detailed approach to the project with timeline. They will propose an ongoing maintenance schedule to help maintain the look and integrity of the flooring. The successful proposer will be responsible for maintaining pedestrian traffic control in their work area, as the area is a high-traffic area. Cones with caution tape, retracting safety stanchions, or an approved equivalent is required to delineate the work area. Work may be done after hours if scheduled in advance.
