Re-construction of existing paved surface area for TM Roberts Elementary School as a stipulated bid price to include the full scope of work identified in the Contract Documents/Drawings and all items generally described as follows: TM Roberts Elementary School (TMRES) - Contract Work: Removal and offsite disposal of up to approximately 750m3 waste excavation for the project areas, including, two basketball hoops/pole/base and two tetherball pole/bases, existing asphalt waste (1,490m2) and related asphalt saw cutting; Supply and install up to approximately 50m3 of structural fill, if necessary, and related waste material, if unsuitable or weak native soil materials are encountered; Approximately 1,445 m2 of subgrade preparation; 10 metres of 250mm diameter SDR35 PVC storm pipe, new catchbasin (and frame and cover) and tie to existing CBMH; Supply and installation of approximately 1,445m2 of 20mm minus granular base material (100mm thickness); Supply and installation of approximately 1,445m2 of 75mm minus granular subbase material (300mm thickness); Supply and installation of approximately 1,445m2 of asphalt (50mm minimum thickness); Supply and install approximately 20 m3 of topsoil around disturbed grass areas and grass seeding; Materials Testing (compaction testing for subgrade, subbase, base and asphalt) and asphalt coring; Proof Roll using full water truck on entire subgrade, to be witnessed by the project engineer; Restoration of any disturbed landscaping or surface to pre-construction condition; Supply and install two concrete basketball hoop bases; and Install two owner supplied basketball hoop/pole sets.
