The service provider agrees to install 3 insulated garage doors and 3 commercial operators at the Whitlock Treating Maintenance Shop located at 1920 W 11th St. Pueblo, CO 81003. Furthermore, the service provider agrees to install 1 insulated garage door at the Jones Pump Station located at 4141Widener St. Pueblo, CO 81008. The price quoted for these services must be inclusive of all costs associated for qualified service technicians(s) to complete the on-site services requested including travel, tools, and miscellaneous items not specifically listed, i.e., connectors, anchors, hardware, etc. Demolition and removal of existing doors will be excluded from this service agreement and will be completed by Pueblo Water personnel.
