Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hyde Park, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work for Lone Cedar Roundabout consists of constructing a mini roundabout at the intersection of 200 South and 1000 East in Hyde Park, UT for current and future residential traffic. This project includes removing existing pavement, installing splitter islands, new pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, pavement markers, signage, utility, and other improvements. The Work required under this Section consists of the Electrical General Requirements and related items necessary to complete the Work indicated within the Contract Documents. B. This Section describes procedures and incidental items of Work relating to Electrical Division 16. C. The drawings are diagrammatic, intended to indicate the general scope and location of the Work to be installed and are not to be considered as complete in every detail. The Contractor shall install all Work indicated and/or specified herein, complete in every way to perform the function (s) intended without additional cost. D. Plans and Specifications are complementary; whatever is called for in either shall be as called for in both. In the event Work is called for in more than one place and is of conflicting requirements, the right shall be reserved to require the installation of the larger or the more expensive.
